The Bureau Marocain des Droits d'Auteur et Droits Voisins (BMDAV) is Morocco's national collective management organization for copyright and neighbouring rights. Established by royal decree on 8 March 1965, it operates as a public legal entity with financial autonomy, most recently reorganized under Law 25.19 in 2022, with headquarters in Rabat.
BMDAV administers performing, reproduction, private-copying, mechanical and resale rights on behalf of authors, composers and neighbouring-rights holders across all creative sectors. It grants authorizations for use of the protected repertoire, collects royalties and distributes them to rights holders.
BMDAV has been a member of CISAC since 1969 and maintains reciprocal agreements with affiliated international societies. It also sits on the executive board of CISAC's African Committee, holding the presidency for the 2023–2027 term.
