The Collective Organisation for Music Rights in Pakistan (Guarantee) Limited — COMP — is Pakistan's official collective management organisation for musical works. Authorised by the Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan under the Copyright Ordinance 2002, COMP issues performance and broadcast licences, collects fees from music users, and distributes royalties to member creators.
Modelled after international performing rights societies such as the UK's PRS, COMP is headquartered in Karachi and represents composers, lyricists, songwriters and publishers. The organisation participates in WIPO–CISAC capacity-building programmes.
