EDEM (Εταιρεία Διαχείρισης και Εκμετάλλευσης Μουσικής) is a non-profit collective management organization for musical works, headquartered in Athens. It began operations in July 2020, after Greek authorities authorized a new CMO alongside the incumbent Autodia.
EDEM provides licences for public performance, radio/TV broadcasting, concerts, mechanical reproduction, interactive and non-interactive online use of music, and collects fair remuneration for private copying. It represents over 4,100 music creators and rights holders — including the majority of Greek rights holders — as well as thousands of foreign works through representation agreements with Greek sub-publishers.
EDEM is a member of CISAC. Its collections reached approximately €8 million in a recent reporting year, and in 2023 CISAC highlighted Greece as a market with a sharp rise in royalty collections, partly attributed to EDEM's presence.
