The Jamaica Association of Composers, Authors and Publishers (JACAP) is Jamaica's not-for-profit collective management organization for music copyright, incorporated on 4 March 1998 as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Act of Jamaica. Headquartered in Kingston, it is a member of CISAC and a founding member of the Association of Caribbean Copyright Societies (ACCS).
JACAP administers public-performance rights and, where assigned, mechanical (reproduction) and synchronization rights for lyricists, composers and music publishers in Jamaica. Through reciprocal agreements with affiliated overseas societies, it represents millions of music creators globally.
