ZAiKS (Stowarzyszenie Autorów ZAiKS) is Poland's principal collective management organisation for copyright, founded in March 1918 in Warsaw. Originally the Union of Authors and Stage Composers (Związek Autorów i Kompozytorów Scenicznych), it was established by a group including poets Julian Tuwim, Jan Brzechwa and Antoni Słonimski.
ZAiKS manages performing and mechanical rights across a broad range of creative fields — from serious and popular music and song lyrics to screenplays, drama, poetry and choreography. It is the oldest and largest copyright organisation in Poland, in continuous operation for over a century.
