Who we are

Reprtoir is operated by Reprtoir SAS, a company incorporated in France.

"Reprtoir", "we", "us" means Reprtoir SAS. "You" means the person or organisation using the service.

Your account

To use Reprtoir you create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Use the account on behalf of an organisation only if you're authorised to bind it.

Plans, billing & renewal

  • Trial. Where offered, a trial lets you evaluate the service. [TO COMPLETE — trial length & conditions]
  • Paid plans. Prices and inclusions are shown on our Pricing page. Payment is handled by our processor, Stripe.
  • Recurring subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added where due.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the music, metadata, artwork, contracts and data you upload ("your content"). We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant Reprtoir a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display and transmit your content solely to run the service for you — including delivering it to the distributors, stores, societies and partners you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups kept for a limited time and records we must keep by law.

Your content is never used to train AI models, and it stays exportable at any time (CSV/Excel or API). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Break the law, or use Reprtoir for fraud or money laundering.
  • Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the service except as expressly allowed.
  • Overload the service or interfere with other users.

Our intellectual property

The Reprtoir software, brand, and everything we provide (other than your content) belong to Reprtoir SAS or its licensors. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you — you get a limited right to use the service while your subscription is active.

Third-party services

Reprtoir integrates third-party services (for example payment, hosting, analytics and delivery partners). Your use of those may be subject to their own terms. See how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.

Availability & "as is"

We work hard to keep Reprtoir reliable and secure, and we publish live status at status.reprtoir.com. That said, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reprtoir SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you upload without the necessary rights, or from your breach of these terms.

Suspension & termination

You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, don't pay, or put the service or other users at risk — with notice where reasonable.

On termination, your right to use the service stops. You can export your data before you leave; after closure we delete or anonymise it, subject to backups and legal retention. There's no penalty to leave.

Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll post the new version here and update the date, and tell you about material changes. Continuing to use Reprtoir after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes, France, where Reprtoir SAS has its registered office.
